Trisha Pasricha is a resident physician at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Pasricha graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in film production where she was awarded the David S. McCord Prize for Excellence in Arts. Prior to studying medicine at Vanderbilt University, she worked for CNN with Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta and for Academy Award-nominated film director Mira Nair. Pasricha’s last documentary film, A Doctor of My Own: The First Medical Students of Namibia, explores the healthcare emergency and global impact of medical education in Sub-Saharan Africa.


Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Michael Pilla has been an avid photographer since receiving his first camera at age 10. Following a professional music career, Michael pursued academic interests, training and becoming an anesthesiologist in Nashville, TN. Despite all, Michael still devotes his personal time to his first love, photography.
